Initial Contact

Communication begins when you reach out via our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. After receiving your photos and medical information, we conduct a preliminary assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the surgical procedure. If deemed suitable, we provide a personalized treatment proposal that includes the steps of care, your estimated length of stay in Istanbul, and a detailed price quote.

Consultation and Decision

When you decide to proceed, we organize a consultation with Dr. Mert Canlı. In this meeting, all aspects of the process are discussed; it is also a great opportunity to answer any questions you may have before making a decision.

Planning and Organization

Next, you will be in touch with the clinic coordinator. As your main point of contact, your coordinator ensures a flawless and comfortable visit experience by planning your travel dates and organizing your accommodation and airport transfers. Once your visit is confirmed, hotel and shuttle arrangements are finalized, so the logistical processes are taken care of while you focus on your upcoming operation.

Arrival and Pre-Operative

Final examinations are conducted the day before the surgery. Pre-operative blood tests and an anesthesia assessment are completed at the hospital, and preparations are reviewed. The operation is performed in an environment with high safety standards; meticulous techniques and natural results are our top priorities.

Recovery and Discharge

Depending on the individual situation, the patient is discharged after being kept under close observation for one or two nights. Our team continues to monitor your recovery process and guide you.

Check-up and Departure

Necessary instructions are provided before departure. The follow-up process is not limited to the city you are in; it continues globally. Our philosophy is this: Excellence proves itself not just at the moment of the operation, but through the progress shown over time.
